2. Refund Eligibility

2.2. Only unused accounts with no data imports are eligible for refunds.
2.3. Accounts showing active usage (defined as any data entry, customer imports, or feature utilization) are not eligible for refunds.
2.4. Partial months or unused period credits are non-refundable.
3. Processing Timeline
3.1. All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
3.2. The timing of refund receipt depends on the payment method and financial institution.
3.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
4. Refund Exclusions
4.1. Setup fees and implementation costs are non-refundable.
4.2. Custom development work is non-refundable.
4.3. Training sessions, whether used or unused, are non-refundable.
